I watched a video on Teaching Channel called Assess and Plan with Exit Tickets he video was very interesting because it was saying that almost every activity that is given can have just a basic exit ticket at the end in order to show how many of them understood the concept and how many need more instruction and explanation to better understand. Giving an exit ticket is a faster and easier way of quizzing the students to check their knowledge.
Questions to consider:
1. The exit tickets tell him how much information the students learned and what they need more practice.
2. He keeps them easy and simple and talks about the kinds of responses he saw on the exit tickets
3. I might assess the types of seasons they learn about in science, different math equations etc.
